Storm Drain Conveyance Analysis

The City of Newman contracted with Black Water to evaluate two existing drainage conditions which the City had raised concerns about potential design or construction deficiencies. Black Water prepared a Technical Memorandum which summarized the results of review and engineering analyses conducted for the conditions. Recommendations for storm drain improvements and cost estimates were provided.
