Water System Master Plan and Recycled Water Feasibility Study
As part of the Water System Master Plan, Black Water completed the hydraulic network analysis of the existing distribution system as well as an evaluation of the existing system capacity, identification of existing deficiencies, recommended capital improvement projects for continued reliable water supply, and an evaluation of the effects of consolidation with the Hickman and River Pointe development water systems.
Additionally, a recycled water feasibility study was completed as part of the City’s Water System Master Plan. The recycled water feasibility study included an evaluation of the City’s existing wastewater treatment facilities and provided an analysis of alternatives to implement a recycled water program to supplement water usage with recycled water consistent with applicable recycled water storage and disposal methods.
